Healthy Protein Recipes:

Cookie Dough Protein Bars (Gluten Free)

There are so many tantalising protein bar recipes on but we’ve chosen the most heat co-operative option for no other reason than us not wanting you to waste your protein powder in case they melt!

What you need:

1/4 cup ground gluten-free oats
1/4 cup whey protein (check out our website for prices)
2 big tbsps. (9g-10g) coconut flour
6 tbsp. (96g) smooth almond butter
4 tbsp. (around 64ml) almond milk
1/2 cup tbsp. (64g) ground almonds
Stevia drops / sweetener to taste

Four-ingredient Protein Ice-cream

A steak and salad are great barbeque options, but what about dessert? Volunteer to be the Magnum and offer to bring a homemade dessert along, this way you can ensure you get to enjoy it while staying on track with your nutrition.

What you need:

1 cup cottage cheese
1 peeled, cubed frozen banana
1/2 cup of vanilla whey
2 tbsp. freeze-dried berries

Coffee Protein shake

Hosting a social occasion and it’s too early to offer cocktails? We know, there’s no such time! What we can offer you is a great way enjoy coffee after your meal that won’t leave you sweating. Try this cool coffee protein shake!

What you need:

1 cup of cold coffee, chilled in your fridge overnight
1 ripe banana
1 tbsp. of crunchy peanut butter

½ cup of almond milk (or regular milk if you prefer)
A handful of ice
