Ordered vanilla as per your Tax invoice, however we received milk chocolate instead which is not too our palate. Pierre from your company apologized and mentioned he was sorry for the mistake, and was going to organize for the correct flavor to be send to us and also he was going to e-mail label to us for the milk chocolate to be picked up and shipped back to your company. Nothing happened to date. Vanilla and Milk chocolate start with different letters of the alphabet so how can this be a mistake?????

I sent an email after my order arrived when I discovered I had inadvertently ordered banana flavour instead of vanilla.
I asked if it was possible to exchange them. I have not had a response.

Received wrong flavour over what was ordered.
Emailed ASAP, and agian the next day been over 48hrs and haven't heard back........
Would be nice to have contact to what we can do about this.

This is a great shake, tastes great, good macro levels,
