Rule 1 Casein is the thickest protein I’ve ever tried. That’s how you know it’s 100% micellar casein because other brand caseins only contain milk protein which is 80% casein and 20% whey. And those are not as thick obviously. Both cookies & cream and strawberries & cream flavors are nice considering the awesome calories to protein ratio. Delivered fast too.
I like the Rule 1 protein, so thought I would try the casein, but found it not particularly nice to eat
